Workplaces have changed drastically over the few two years. These changes helped us evaluate what our goals are as a team, and how we can better care for each other, and our community. We’ve established several new benefits to do just that!
Health + Wellness Benefits
Our benefits are flexible for our team, so they could use their healthcare benefits however they need. The benefits are split benefits into two categories: Health & Wellness. Health covers the standard dental and medical expenses, while Wellness covers a range of options including fitness, child care, vet bills, massages, and more. This way, our team can divvy up their benefits based on their needs.
Volunteer Days
We are passionate about making an impact on our communities that goes beyond grants. We have introduced two paid volunteer days to our benefits package for our team to support non-profit organizations and charities to make a difference locally. We have team members in BC, Ontario, and Quebec, giving us the opportunity to make a difference in communities across Canada.
Personal Days
As we all know, sometimes you just need some time to rest, or you need a little break even though you’re not sick. We added two personal days as part of our benefits package, so our team can take time when they need it.
Birthdays
Who wants to work on their birthday? For some time to celebrate, be with family, or do nothing at all, our staff can enjoy an extra day off for their birthday. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference.
Team Gatherings
We aim to bring the team together as much as possible to make sure our staff feel connected and supported by one another – even if we have to fly you in to participate. It also gives us time to celebrate our wins – we work hard, so we play hard!
Off for your Birthday & Holidays
We want our staff to have a work-life balance. First, celebrate your birthday off because who wants to work on this special day? To give our team more time to spend with their family/friends, we have standardized a week off from Christmas to New Years every year!
