This part-time hybrid role sits at the intersection of communications, operations, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage internal systems, tell the story of our clients’ impact, and support scalable growth across our service lines and software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Content Creation & Campaigns: Draft and schedule social media posts, client newsletters, blog articles, press releases, and branded content. Highlight client success stories, funding updates, and grant tips. Create content across social media, email, blog, and PR to grow Granted’s brand and attract new clients
- Lead growth: Build and execute a multi-channel strategy to drive signups and conversions
- Public Relations: Identify and build opportunities for our brand to be enhanced through media and partnership channels
- Website Management: Maintain and update our current website. Coordinate planning and execution of a future site redesign (potentially with external partners).
- Engagement & Marketing: Support team-led campaigns to attract and nurture leads—through email, events, webinars, and partnerships. Monitor brand mentions and respond to public comments.
- Brand & Visual Support: Create or coordinate branded assets such as proposal decks, templates, and presentations.
Operations & Systems
- Workflow Automation:
Build and manage internal workflows using tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zapier, and Notion to streamline service delivery and platform operations. - Process Improvements:
Identify friction points across internal comms or client touchpoints. Help roll out solutions that enhance team collaboration and client experience. - Documentation:
Ensure SOPs, onboarding resources, and internal communications are clear, current, and accessible. Create internal comms assets for service and platform launches. - Track Outcomes: Build dashboards and reports that capture outcomes from communication campaigns and outreaches and to track gaps in systems
Customer Success
- Monitor and triage client inquiries via Help@ and Freshdesk
- Maintain chatbot content and flow
- Run client feedback and insight campaigns
- Design and report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other customer satisfaction metrics
GetGranted Growth
- Identify and build systems and processes for GetGranted, our proprietary grant matching platform
- Identify and pursue lead-gen opportunities through events, social media, partnerships, and campaigns
- Report regularly on portal performance: new signups, cancellations, high-interest grants, and client behaviour trends
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in communications, digital marketing, customer success, or operations
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience managing websites (Webflow, WordPress or similar)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, Fresh, or similar automation tools
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace
- A proactive mindset, you spot problems early, offer thoughtful solutions, and aren’t afraid to speak up
