Please follow the instructions below for submitting your training grant application (CJG) through the online portal.

  1. Go to the CJG online portal and log into the BCeID user account specifically for grants. (Granted will provide you with the login information)
  2. In the Applications and Claims section, you will see the grant application(s) that Granted has prepared for you. Please note that each course is a separate application. For each application, please complete steps 2a-2e.

2a. Click Continue.

2b. Click Review and submit to review the details of your application.

2c. Review your application and ensure all sections (Grant Selection, Training Provider, Training Program, Cost Estimate) are correct. If there are any changes that need to be made, click Edit at the beginning of each section. Click Continue once you have confirmed all of the information is correct.

2d. Under “Did you use a delivery partner?”, click No and click Continue.

2e. Review the declaration statements. Check off the box agreeing to the terms of the grant. Click Submit application.

3. Important: If you have more than one application (i.e. you have more than one training), please repeat steps 2a-2e for all of your applications in the online portal.

4. Once you have submitted all of your applications, please forward any correspondence that you receive from the training program (CJG).
